Our Policy
We do not accept health insurance at our clinic. We do
however provide you with your billing information and give
you a detailed receipt with appropriate coding that you may
submit to your insurance company. Your insurance company may
reimburse you for some of the charges, all of the charges or
none of the charges. We do not guarantee or imply, stated or
otherwise, that your insurance company will pay for any
portion of the treatment. Medicare does not reimburse for
any portion of our treatment.

cessation programs administered by licensed medical
physicians are tax deductible up to $350. Please contact
your tax advisor or the IRS for additional information. We
make no claims as to the tax deductibility of our treatment
